Cody is an absolute gem! We had Cody and Dave help us with a major renovation of our main floor, including the removal of 2 load-bearing walls and moving our kitchen during the summer of 2023. They finished the job when they said they would (actually a few days early), and ON BUDGET!
Our first meeting with Cody was eye-opening, as he helped us to see options we didn't know were possible in our space. We changed a few things to the project (and added others), along the way, but Cody was never bothered by this and always found ways to work in our requests.Cody was always focused on making sure we got what we wanted, and finding solutions that kept our costs down.
Cody brought in high-quality plumbers and electricians for the job, but did the drywall and flooring himself, which eliminated a lot of days waiting for different trades to come in. This kept our job moving smoothly, and we always felt as though we were in good hands. We were living at home during the job and grateful for the care they took to keep our living areas free of dirt and dust.

Cody and Dave has worked for us over the last few years. They pretty much renovated our whole house, from putting vapor walls and new flooring in the basement, doing 2 Bathrooms. completely renovating an attic. As well as designing and creating 2 entrances. They are very versatile in their profession. We have also recommended them to our friends who have used their services. Amazing work!!!!!!!!
